We will never, under any circumstances, inflate Okinawa health food manufacturers' MSRPs, nor add free products to artificially make products appear inexpensive.
We endeavor to ensure that each and every product is the best it can be for the lowest price possible. We hope you will have peace of mind when purchasing our products.

Our beauty and health-related products are sold here for a much lower price than is generally available.
The same is true of our cosmetics. However, there is a sense that the more expensive a health product is, the better it works. With the exception of poorly manufactured goods, there is no relationship between price and quality.
Even if a manufacturer spends huge sums on advertising costs (such as television ads or national ad campaigns), the profit margin on such products is high. They create a business model to improve sales whereby the price is set significantly higher than the actual cost of the good.

But we believe that as an Internet company it is much better for the customer for us to reduce prices using the money that would have been spent on advertising than it would be to waste money on advertising and pass that cost on to the consumer in the form of higher prices.
In the United States where Internet business is quite advanced, it is standard for a company to set selling prices as low as possible to be commensurate with the company's profits, rather than spend money on advertising and increase prices.

Our company is a small business, but using the power of the Internet, we endeavor to always sell the best products at the lowest prices possible.

Delivery fee and customs clearance

The delivery fee will automatically calculated by our shopping cart, depending on the shipping address and the total weight of the items.
The total shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to the completion of the order.

For deliveries outside Japan, the client undertakes to pay all duty and taxes applying to the import of products in accordance with the laws of the addressee’s country. We shall not be held liable if the client fails to pay the applicable taxes and duty.

Please note that paying the relevant taxes is the responsibility of the recipient

After confirmation of an order, we shall take all reasonable action to deliver the order as rapidly as possible.
